This was a great place to eat, although the sushi was a bit on the pricey side, it was well worth it. The salmon was smooth and buttery and felt like it melted in my mouth. This was by far the best Salmon nigiri I’ve had so far.

Ken Zaburo's has quickly become my favorite 'Asian' restaurant replacing separate Japanese, Thai and Chinese choices. Besides excellent sushi, they make great Japanese and Thai entrees: try the Green Bean Tofu, Spicy Thai Garlic, and the Buddha Tofu. Note you can pick almost any entree and choose from beef, pork, chicken, shrimp or mixed seafood.
It’s amazing to see the difference between the dumpy Chinese place that was in the space before Ken replaced them the interior is tasteful and clean, and doesn’t try to look like a slice of old-style Japan. You can sit at the Sushi bar and chat with Ken himself, or his wife Janet. They already know many of their customers by name, so introduce yourself.
My particular favorite is the Totem Lake Combo bento box for lunch I only wish they’d have it for dinner as well.
